考虑分布式电池充放电管理的微电网电力调度

【摘要】 分布式电池的大规模随机无序接入给传统的微网电力调度体系带来了新挑战。为了从根本上解决其无序充电对微电网的冲击,构建了考虑分布式电池充放电管理的微电网电力调度模型,模型可计及分布式电池智能放电的损耗成本,在满足分布式电池用户出行要求的前提下,优化分布式电池充放电策略和微电网内各个发电单元的出力,使得电力调度策略取得综合成本最优。最后,以我国南方某实际微电网为例,验证了所提分布式电池智能充放电管理策略的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 Large-scale stochastic disordered access of the distributed battery brings a new challenge to the traditional micro-grid power dispatching system. In order to remove impact of disordered charging upon the micro-grid, a micro-grid power dispatching model taking into account charge/discharge management of the distributed battery was established, and it could consider the loss cost of intelligent discharging of the distributed battery. Under the precondition that travel requirements of distributed battery users were satisfied, the charge/discharge strategy of the distributed battery as well as the output of power generating units of the micro-grid were optimized, so that optimal comprehensive cost was obtained for the power dispatching strategy. Finally, taking an existing micro-grid in Southern China as example, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed intelligent charge/discharge management strategy for the distributed battery was verified.
