基于PLC的玻璃纤维连续毡落丝设备的研究与应用
Research and application of glass fiber continuous felt dropping equipment based on PLC
【摘要】 阐述了玻璃纤维连续毡落丝设备的工作原理,提出了具体的动力与传动方案和控制程序流程,根据单束玻璃纤维丝独立稳定控制思路,准确引导玻璃纤维丝下落的轨迹,并形成纤维网格形态。系统具有操作简便、安全稳定等优点,提高了玻璃纤维无纺布的落丝质量和效率。经过抗拉强度试验、实际使用效果和实际测试结果,表明所生产的连续毡的各向抗拉强度均满足使用要求,适应了工业生产的需要,同时丰富了我国玻璃纤维毡的种类。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the working principle of the glass fiber continuous mat wire falling equipment, The specific power and transmission scheme and control program flow are put forward. According to the independent stable control idea of single bundle glass fiber, the falling track of glass fiber is accurately guided and the fiber grid shape is formed. The system has the advantages of simple operation, safety and stability, which improves the quality and efficiency of glass fiber non-woven fabric. Through the tensile strength test, practical application effect and actual test results, it shows that the tensile strength of the continuous mat can meet the requirements of use,and meet the needs of industrial production, and enrich the types of glass fiber mat in China.
