【摘要】 高职百万扩招给高职院校带来发展机遇的同时也提出了新的挑战,为了达到更高质量更充分就业的人才培养目标,高职院校在教学管理制度上创新突破,增加了弹性学制。然而针对生源背景的多元化及生源需求的多样化,如何创新教学形式,实现精准化教学是高职实施弹性学制中亟待解决的问题。针对该问题,提出了一种线上与线下结合的教学形式,为高职弹性学制的创新实践提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Millions of enrollment expansion brings opportunities for higher vocational colleges but also puts forward new challenges,to achieve the goal of higher quality and full employment, higher vocational colleges have made a breakthrough in the teaching management system and increased the flexible educational system. However, because of the diversity of students’ backgrounds and demand, how to innovate teaching form and realize accurate teaching is an urgent problem to be solved in the implementation of a flexible educational system in higher vocational education. Because of this problem, this paper puts forward a kind of online and offline teaching form, which can provide a reference for the innovation practice of a flexible learning system in higher vocational education.更多还原
