基于持续改进理念的专业质量诊断与改进机制的研究与实践

【摘要】 专业质量的诊断与改进是提高高职院校专业建设水平,进而提高人才培养质量的重要举措。现有专业建设过程中,存在对专业质量诊断与改进工作的认识不够,专业质量诊断与改进工作体系不健全,统筹协调不完善,相应的奖惩激励机制不到位以及信息化支撑平台缺失等突出问题,严重影响了专业质量诊断与改进工作的开展。本文通过阐述基于持续改进理念的专业质量诊断与改进的思路和目标,提出了专业质量诊断与改进举措和创新机制,这对于保障专业建设质量,提升专业建设水平,进而提高人才培养质量具有重要的指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diagnosis and improvement of specialty quality is an important measure to improve the level of specialty construction in Higher Vocational Colleges,further improving the quality of personnel training.In the process of specialty construction,there are some existing problems,such as misunderstanding of specialty quality diagnosis and improvement,imperfect work systems and overall coordination,lack of corresponding reward and punishment mechanism and information support platform,which seriously affect the development of specialty quality diagnosis and improvement.This paper expounds the ideas and objectives of specialty quality diagnosis and improvement based on continuous improvement,which has an important guiding role in ensuring the quality of specialty construction,improving the level of specialty construction,and then improving the quality of personnel training.更多还原
