一种新型电动轮自卸车电源系统的研究

【摘要】 针对传统电动轮自卸车重载上坡时柴油发动机动力不足、电源稳压性能低、响应速度慢等问题,此处在电机驱动侧加入三相交错并联双向DC/DC变换器和超级电容构成新型电源系统。该系统有效降低了输出电流的纹波,可更好地延长电动轮自卸车寿命;同时,其功率变换器开关器件的开关电流应力低,能提高变换器的动态响应和系统效率。此处详细分析了其功率变换器的工作原理,推导出其功率变换器输出电流纹波的表达式,验证了交错并联技术可以大大减小输出纹波值;并采用双闭环控制策略,通过Matlab/Simulink对其变换器的不同工作模式进行仿真,最后搭建了实验样机来验证理论分析的正确性。

【Abstract】 For the traditional electric wheel dump truck with heavy load uphill,the diesel engine power is insufficient,the power supply voltage stability performance is low,the response speed is slow and so on.Three-phase interlaced bi-directional DC/DC converter and ultracapacitor are added to the motor drive side to form a new power system,which effectively reduces the ripple of output current and can better extend the life of electric wheel dump truck.At the same time,the switching current stress of the power converter switch device is low,which can improve the dynamic response and system efficiency of the converter.The working principle of the power converter is analyzed in detail,and the output current ripple expression of the power converter is deduced.The double closed-loop control strategy is adopted to simulate the different working modes of the converter through Matlab/Simulink.Finally,an experimental prototype is built to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
