多目标无线电能传输系统线圈综合设计
Coil Synthesis Design for Multi-objective Wireless Power Transfer System
【摘要】 目前,线圈设计大都是针对无线电能传输(WPT)系统中单个目标的优化设计,对于系统多目标优化的线圈设计则少有研究。针对这个问题,提出了一种给定传输距离和接收线圈外径条件下,满足输入电压要求,且兼顾系统传输效率、功率和成本的线圈综合优化方案。首先建立了WPT系统的电路模型,推导了系统传输效率和功率的表达式;在此基础上,通过COMSOL仿真,分析了传输效率与圆形线圈外径、匝数、层数和匝间距之间的关系。最后搭建了一套实验样机,在电能传输距离20 cm、输出功率400~1 000 W时,系统的传输效率高于90%,验证了线圈优化设计方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 At present,the coil design of wireless power transfer(WPT) system is mostly aimed at the optimization design of single target,while the coil design of multi-objective optimization of the system is seldom studied.To solve this problem,a comprehensive optimization scheme of coil is proposed,which satisfies the input voltage requirement and takes into account the transmission efficiency,power and cost of the system under the given transmission distance and the external diameter of the receiving coil.Firstly,the circuit model of WPT system is established,and the expressions of transmission efficiency and power are deduced.On this basis,the relationship between transmission efficiency and external diameter,turns,layers and turn spacing of circular coil is analyzed by COMSOL simulation.Finally,a set of experimental prototype is built.When the power transmission distance is 20 cm and the output power is 400~1 000 W,the transmission efficiency of the system is still higher than 90%,which verifies the feasibility of the coil optimization design scheme.
