基于功率因数法的干式空心电抗器匝间短路故障检测研究
Study on Inter-turn Short Circuit Fault Detection of Dry-type Air-core Reactor Based on Power Factor Method
【摘要】 干式空心电抗器广泛应用于电力系统中,其发生匝间短路是最常见的故障,为减少因短路故障造成的损失,增加电抗器匝间短路故障在线检测的准确性,本文提出了基于功率因数法的匝间短路故障在线检测方法。本文基于电磁场理论对电抗器正常工作及匝间短路时电抗器功率因数变化进行理论分析,采用ANSYS Maxwell建立有限元模型仿真计算功率因数变化情况,并以1台13包封共41层线圈的电抗器样机为基础在不同电压等级下进行试验验证,最终结合仿真与试验结果,验证检测方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Dry-type air core reactor is used widely in power systems and its inter-turn short circuit is the common fault.For reducing the loss due to the short circuit fault and increasing on line detection accuracy of inter-turn short circuit fault of reactor,in this paper,the inter-turn short circuit on line detection method based on the power factor is proposed.The theoretical analysis of the reactor in normal operation and power factor variation of the reactor in the inter-turn short circuit is made on the basis of electromagnetic field theory,the ANSYS Maxwell is used to establish a finite element model to simulate the calculation of power factor variation.Then,the reactor sample with 13 encapsulation and total of 41 layers of coils is tested at different voltages and the feasibility of the detection method is verified by the combination of simulation and test result.
