地铁牵引供电系统中高速飞轮储能系统控制研究

【摘要】 针对地铁牵引供电系统中列车再生制动能量浪费问题,提出采用高速飞轮储能系统进行循环利用再生制动能量。在分析直流牵引网电压波动的基础上,采用一种基于直流牵引网电压的高速飞轮储能系统充放电控制方法来实现地铁牵引供电系统中高速飞轮储能系统(FESS)的有效运行。在MATLAB/Simulink中构建含高速飞轮储能系统的地铁列车起动与制动仿真模型,包括同一区间内两列地铁列车同时起动和同时制动两种工况,并对所提飞轮储能系统控制方法进行仿真验证。为进一步验证所提方法的有效性,首次在国内某地铁牵引站内安装高速飞轮储能装置进行现场应用试验,采集高速飞轮储能系统相关数据。实测数据表明,所提控制方法能够实现地铁牵引供电系统中高速飞轮储能系统的稳定运行。

【Abstract】 In view of the waste of regenerative braking energy in metro traction power supply system, a high-speed flywheel energy storage system is proposed to recycle regenerative braking energy. In order to realize the effective operation of high-speed flywheel energy storage system(FESS) in metro traction power supply system, the charging and discharging control method of high-speed FESS based on DC tractiongrid voltage is adopted with the analysis of voltage fluctuation of DC traction grid. The simulation model of metro starting and braking with high-speed flywheel energy storage system was built in MATLAB/Simulink, including two subway trains starting and braking at the same time in the same traction station, and related simulation verification was completed to verify the proposed control method. In order to further verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the high-speed flywheel energy storage device was installed in a domestic metro traction station for field application test, which is the first time in China, and the data of high speed flywheel energy storage system were collected. The measured data show that the proposed control method realizes the stable operation of the high-speed FESS in the metro traction power supply system.
