【摘要】 哈尔滨工业大学电子封装技术专业对大学生创新创业能力的培养模式进行了探索和实践,构建了"四位一体"的电子封装专业创新创业能力培养模式。以创新创业实验为平台,培养学生应用意识;以创新创业教学课程为支撑,巩固学生专业基础知识,拓展学生多学科交叉学习视野,为学生创新创业打造牢固理论基础;以引导学生参加大学生创新项目训练为导向,积极培养学生的创新精神,提高学生创业主动性;以加强与企业沟通为保障,促进学生与企业的互动,加强学生创新创业能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The education of innovation and entrepreneurship has been explored and practiced for the college students majored in electronic packaging technology at Harbin Institute of Technology. A"four-in-one"pattern for the education of innovation and entrepreneurship is demonstrated. In the pattern,an innovation experimental platform is established to cultivate creative thinking for students.Based on a serious of new courses in innovation and entrepreneurship,we consolidate the students’ fundamental knowledge,broaden their learning horizons in interdisciplinary fields,and build a solid theoretical foundation. To cultivate students’ innovative spirit and improve their entrepreneurial initiative,we guide the students to participate the innovation project training. Finally,we strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the students by ensuring the communication and interaction between the students and the enterprises.更多还原
