基于量子跃迁概率的绝缘子表面流注放电能量计算方法
Calculation Method of Streamer Discharge Energy on Polluted Insulator Surface Based on Quantum Transition Probability
【摘要】 绝缘子表面放电过程能量交换形式复杂,难以准确计算,绝缘子表面污闪尚未有准确的检测方法。为深入分析绝缘子表面放电过程,探索放电检测新方法,该文通过流注击穿理论和量子跃迁能量概率结合,研究绝缘子表面放电过程能量变化特征。从微观粒子能级的角度分析能量的输入与输出形式,结合流注理论对绝缘子临界击穿场强进行计算;将量子跃迁概率等效为统计意义下的比例,结合能级跃迁和微粒化学成分,从电离和跃迁的角度,提出放电能量的理论估算新方法。通过多组实验发现,理论估算的体系能量变化约为实测值的70%~80%,能在一定程度上定量描述污秽绝缘子表面流注放电体系的能量变化。
【Abstract】 The energy exchange form of insulator surface discharge process is complex and difficult to calculate accurately.There is no accurate detection method for insulator surface pollution flashover.In order to deeply analyze the insulator surface discharge process and explore a new method of discharge detection,this paper studied the energy change of insulator surface discharge process by the combination of streamer breakdown theory and quantum transition energy probability.The input and output forms of energy were analyzed from the view of micro-particle energy level,and the critical breakdown field strength of insulators was calculated based on streamer theory.The quantum transition probability was equivalent to the proportion in statistical sense.A new method for calculating discharge energy was proposed from the point of view of ionization and transition combined with the analysis of energy level transition and chemical composition of particles.The experimental results show that the theoretically estimated energy change of the system is about 70%~80% of the actual value,and can describe the energy change of streamer discharge system on the surface of polluted insulators.
