孔子的因材施教与柏拉图的理想式教育的比较研究
Comparative Study of Confucius’ Teaching Students According to Their Aptitudes and Plato’s Ideal Education
【摘要】 孔子与柏拉图博大精深的教育思想,对东西方文化产生了深远的影响。通过比较孔子的因材施教和柏拉图的理想式思想在教育境界、教育目的、教育作用、教育方式等四方面的共同点,针对当前中国教育在刻板教学、缺乏创新和轻视德育等方面的缺陷,结合习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上的讲话,认为当前教育应在注重因材施教、加强启发诱导、重视道德教育等三方面借鉴两位先哲的思想,形成新形势下发展创新的新路径。
【Abstract】 The profound educational thoughts of Confucius and Plato have a profound impact on Eastern and Western cultures. By comparing Confucius’ "teaching students according to their aptitudes"and Plato’s"ideal"thoughts in four aspects: the realm of education,the purpose of education,the role of education,and the way of education,and in view of the fact that the current Chinese education is characterized by rigid teaching,lack of innovation,and despising moral education,the paper believes that,combining with Xi Jinping’s speech at the school’s ideological and political symposium,current education should learn from the ideas of the two sages in three aspects: focusing on teaching based on aptitude,strengthening inspiration and moral education,and forming a new path for development and innovation in the new situation.
