【摘要】 目的研究对支气管哮喘患者实施沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗的效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月在本院接受支气管哮喘治疗的患者120例,按照奇偶法分为两组,每组60例。基础组实施临床内科对症治疗,沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂组实施沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能指标情况、临床疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组各项肺功能指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂组各项肺功能指标情况均优于基础组(P<0.05);沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂组治疗总有效率(98.33%)明显优于基础组(81.66%)(x~2=9.259 3,P=0.002 3);沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂组不良反应总发生率(3.33%)明显低于基础组(23.33%)(x~2=10.384 6,P=0.001 2)。结论将沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂应用于支气管哮喘的临床治疗中,效果显著,不仅可以改善患者的肺部功能状态,促进临床疗效,而且不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 120 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the parity method, with 60 cases in each group. The basic group was treated with clinical medicine symptomatic treatment, while the salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation. Pulmonary function indexes, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in lung function indexes between the two groups; after treatment, salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation group was better than the basic group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation group(98.33%) was significantly better than that of the basic group(81.66%)(x~2=9.259 3, P=0.002 3). The total incidence of adverse reaction(3.33%) of salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation group was significantly lower than that of the basic group(23.33%)(x~2=10.384 6, P=0.001 2). Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation in the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma, the effect is quite good, not only can improve the lung function of patients, promote clinical efficacy, but also less adverse reactions, high safety, worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
