【摘要】 目的探究拔云散联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗角膜炎的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的角膜炎患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组采用贝复舒滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合拔云散治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组的临床治疗时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分低于对照组,视力恢复值高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.0%,低于对照组的35.0%(P<0.05)。结论拔云散联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗角膜炎效果显著,能有效提升患者的视力水平,缩短治疗时间,降低患者不良反应发生率,提升患者的免疫功能和生活质量,值得临床推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the curative effect of Pull clouds combined with Beifushu eye drops in the treatment of keratitis. Methods A total of 40 patients with keratitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Beifushu eye drops. The group was treated with the addition and subtraction of pull clouds on the basis of the control group. The treatment results, and the adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The clinical treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. The visual simulation score was lower than that of the control group, and the visual recovery value was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 15% in the observation, which was lower than 35% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of keratitis, the addition and subtraction of Pull clouds combined with Beifushu eye drops is effective, which can effectively improve the patient’ s vision level, shorten the treatment time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the immune function of patients. Reducing the side effects of drugs and improving the quality of life of patients, the clinical effect of this treatment method is significant, and it is worth promoting.更多还原
