偏铝酸钠对铝基复合材料表面微弧氧化膜性能的影响

【摘要】 在含偏铝酸钠的电解液体系中,通过微弧氧化技术在铝基复合材料表面制备了微弧氧化膜。研究了偏铝酸钠的质量浓度对微弧氧化膜的表面形貌、成分、晶体结构、结合力及耐蚀性的影响,同时研究了电解液的利用效率。结果表明:当偏铝酸钠的质量浓度为1.8 g/L时,电弧大小适中,微弧氧化膜的结合力和耐蚀性均较好,并且电解液中不易形成氢氧化铝胶体沉淀。

【Abstract】 Micro-arc oxidation coatings were prepared on the surface of aluminum matrix composites by micro-arc oxidation technique in an electrolyte containing sodium metaaluminate.The effect of the mass concentration of sodium metaaluminate on the surface morphology,composition,crystal structure,bonding force and corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coatings was studied,and the utilization efficiency of electrolyte was also studied.The results showed that when the mass concentration of sodium metaaluminate was 1.8 g/L,the arc size was moderate,and the micro-arc oxidation coating possessed strong bonding force and remarkable corrosion resistance.Aluminum hydroxide colloid precipitate was not easily formed in the electrolyte.
