10 kV防雷绝缘子引弧板参数对绝缘子电场与电位分布的影响

【摘要】 10 kV线路中,采用并联间隙绝缘子是有效地防雷手段之一,雷击时通过引弧板疏导工频电弧在引弧板端部燃烧,从而避免了电弧对绝缘子串和绝缘导线的破坏。绝缘子安装引弧板后会对绝缘子电场强度分布和绝缘子伞裙的电位分布产生影响,使用有限元法建立绝缘子的三维模型,分析在工频电压下引弧板各个参数对绝缘子电场强度以及伞裙电位的影响,力求寻找最佳的引弧板结构既不影响其防雷性能又能使绝缘子的电场和电位均匀分布。结果表明:引弧板合适的伸出边角度、罩入深度和引弧板宽度有利于改善绝缘子的电场和电位分布;引弧板与导线的空间角度和引弧板弯折处的曲率半径都会对绝缘子最大电场强度产生影响,从而影响了线路的雷击跳闸率。

【Abstract】 The parallel gap insulator is one of the effective means of lightning protection in the 10 kV line.When lightning strikes, the power frequency arc is igniting at the end of the arc-striking plate through the arc-striking plate, it avoids the damage of the insulator string and the insulated wire. The distribution of the electric field intensity and the electric potential of the insulators will be affected after the insulators installed the arc-striking plate. The three-dimensional model of the insulators is established by the finite element method, and the influence of the parameters of the arc-striking plate on the electric field strength and the parachute skirt potential under the power frequency voltage is analyzed. Moreover,try to find the best structure of the arc-striking plate, which will not affect the lightning protection performance, but also make the electric field and potential of insulator evenly distributed. The results show that the suitable protruding angle of the arc-striking plate, the depth of the cover and the width of the arc-striking plate can improve the electric field and potential distribution of the insulators, and the spatial angle of the arc-striking plate and the wire and the curvature radius at the bend of the arc-striking plate will affect the maximum electric field strength of the insulators, thus affecting the lightning trip rate of the line.
