燃煤电厂纤维增强塑料排烟内筒事故温度性能研究
Study on accident temperature performance of FRP chimney in coal-fired power plant
【摘要】 针对纤维增强塑料排烟内筒在事故烟气状态(短暂态、偶然态)温度下的性能,设计[WD/UF/WD/UF/WD/MC/WD]为基本结构单元,缠绕制备3种结构层试样,利用高温试验箱测试其弯曲力学性能,并对整体筒节进行温度场计算。结果表明:在短暂态、偶然态条件下,3种试样的性能保留率均高于50%,在短暂态工况下对筒节的温度场进行稳态热传导计算表明,结构层与内衬层交界处的温度最高维持树脂的热变形温度-20℃以下,对偶然态工况采用瞬态热传导表明经过30 min热传递,筒节中心处温度在75℃。
【Abstract】 The performance of the FRP chimney in the accidental states(trouble state, break-down state) was investigated, and three structural layer specimens were prepared by winding using [WD/UF/WD/UF/WD/MC/WD] as basic structural units. The bending mechanical properties of three specimens were tested by high temperature mechanical testing systems and temperature field were calculated. The results show that the performance retention rate of the three specimens are higher than 50% in the trouble state and break-down state, and the steady-state heat conduction calculation of the tube section under trouble state conditions shows that the temperature between the structural layer and inner layer is at a maximum of HDT of below-20 ℃. For break-down state conditions, transient heat transfer(after 30 min heat transfer) is used and the temperature at the center of the chimney is found to be 75 ℃.
