【摘要】 书院是历史发展的产物,不同时代有着不同的历史任务。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,社会发展对人才的知识结构和能力素质有了更新更高的要求,传统文化教育在大学人才培养体系中的作用愈加重要。近年来,我国部分高校创新将书院制引入现代大学制度中去,取得了一定的经验,但同时也面临一些发展上的障碍。今后中国大学书院必须着力在理顺运行机制、加强课程和教师队伍建设、优化学生社团和构建书院文化等方面不断加强创新探索,找到一条适合中华传统文化教育的现代大学书院发展的道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Academy as the achievement of historical development,each time has different tasks.When socialism with Chinese characteristics entering to a new era,social development has higher requirements on the knowledge structure and ability and quality of talents,and traditional culture education plays an increasingly important role in the talent cultivation system of universities.In recent years,some colleges and universities in China have introduced the academy system into the modern universities system,and gaining useful experience.In the future,China’s colleges and universities must constantly strengthen innovation and exploration in straightening out the operation mechanism,the construction of curriculum and teacher team,optimizing student associations and building college culture,so as to find a way for the progress of modern colleges and universities that is suitable for traditional Chinese culture education.更多还原
