不同光合有效辐射对2种鸭跖草科植物生理指标及超微结构的影响

Effects of Different Photosynthetically Active Radiation on Physiological Characteristics and Ultrastructure of Two Species of Commelinaceae

【摘要】 为探究新娘草(Gibasis pellucida)和铺地锦竹草(Callisia repens)的生理指标和超微结构对不同光合有效辐射的响应,通过遮阳网模拟4种(L0、L1、L2、L3)光环境(遮光度分别为0、50%、75%、95%),研究了2种植物在不同光合有效辐射下的叶片光合色素质量浓度、渗透调节物质质量分数、保护酶活性以及超微结构损伤程度。结果表明:随光合有效辐射的降低,在光合色素质量浓度响应上,2种植物的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a+b)和类胡萝卜素质量浓度显著升高,花色素苷质量浓度显著降低,而叶绿素a质量浓度/叶绿素b质量浓度变化不显著;在渗透调节物质质量分数响应上,2种植物的可溶性糖质量分数显著降低(P<0.05),丙二醛质量摩尔浓度先下降后上升,脯氨酸质量分数以及新娘草的可溶性蛋白质量分数先上升后降低,而铺地锦竹草的可溶性蛋白质量分数显著增加;在保护酶活性响应上,2种植物的过氧化物酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性先降低后上升,新娘草的超氧化物歧化酶活性显著降低,过氧化氢酶活性先降低后上升,铺地锦竹草的超氧化物歧化酶活性变化不显著,过氧化氢酶活性显著上升(P<0.05);在超微结构上,2种植物在L0条件下均产生了严重地损伤,叶绿体解体,基质片层和基粒片层扭曲变形。通过对各指标的综合分析,2种植物具有较强的光适应能力,但在全光下,叶绿体结构均出现了严重地破坏现象,表明新娘草和铺地锦竹草宜用于轻中度遮光的环境,不宜应用于全光环境,新娘草的光适应能力大于铺地锦竹草的。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the physiological characteristics and ultrastructure response mechanism of Gibasis pellucida and Callisia repens under different photosynthetically active radiation. Taking G. pellucida and C. repensas test materials, and simulating four kinds of light environment(L0, L1, L2, L3) by the shade net(the shading degree was 0, 50%, 75% and 95%, respectively), we measured the photosynthetic pigment mass concentration, osmotic adjustment substance content, protective enzyme activity and ultrastructural damage degree. The decrease of photosynthetically active radiation, the Chl a, Chl b, Chl(a+b) and carotenoid contents of G. pellucida and C. repens increased significantly, the content of anthocyanin decreased significantly, but the changes of Chla/b were not significant; In the response of osmotic adjustment substance content, the soluble sugar content of the two kinds of plants decreased significantly, the MDA molality decreased first and then increased, the contents the proline and the soluble protein of G. pellucida increased first and then decreased. The soluble protein content of C. repens increased significantly. In the protective enzyme activity response, the POD and APX activity of the two species of plants decreased first and then increased, the SOD activity of G. pellucida significantly decreased and the CAT activity decreased first and then increased, the SOD activity of C. repens was not significantly changed, but the CAT activity increased significantly. In the ultrastructure, the two types of plants were seriously damaged under the L0 condition, the chloroplast disintegrated, the grana lamella and stroma lamella distorted. By comprehensive analysis of these indicators, the two types of plants had strong light adaptability, but under all light condition, the chloroplast structure had been seriously damaged. The two types of plants should be used in the slight and moderate shade environment, but not the full-light environment. The light adaptability of G. pellucida is better than that of C. repens.
