无醛装饰纸贴面胶合板制备工艺及胶合性能

【摘要】 为解决贴面人造板表面的游离甲醛问题,通过选用市场上常用的聚氨酯和丙烯酸两种无醛树脂作为胶黏剂,研究了其浸渍贴面无醛胶合板的制备工艺,并对胶合性能进行了研究。从无醛浸渍纸贴面无醛胶合板的热压温度、热压时间、热压压力等影响因素对制备工艺进行试验,旨在找到本试验条件下的最佳制备工艺。结果表明:当水性聚氨酯树脂浸胶量为130%时,水性聚氨酯树脂贴面胶合板的最佳工艺为热压温度60℃、热压时间4 min、热压压力为2 MPa,此时饰面胶合板的胶合强度可高达1.26 MPa;当水性丙烯酸树脂浸胶量为120%时,水性丙烯酸树脂贴面胶合板的最佳工艺为热压温度120℃、热压时间1.5 min、热压压力为2 MPa,此时饰面胶合板的胶合强度可高达1.5 MPa。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of free formaldehyde on the surface of veneer wood-based panels, two kinds of formaldehyde-free resins, polyurethane and acrylic acid, which were commonly used in the market, were selected as adhesive. The preparation technology of formaldehyde free plywood with impregnated veneer was studied, and its surface bond strength was also studied. The preparation process was tested from the influencing factors such as hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time and hot pressing pressure of formaldehyde-free impregnated paper veneer, aiming to find the best preparation process under this test condition. The results showed that when the amount of polyurethane resin was 130%, the optimum process of waterborne polyurethane resin veneer plywood was under hot pressing temperature 60 ℃, hot pressing time 4 min, and hot pressing pressure 2 MPa, and the bonding strength of veneer plywood can be as high as 1.26 MPa. Furthermore, when the amount of waterborne acrylic resin was 120%, the optimum process of waterborne acrylic resin veneer plywood was hot pressing temperature 120 ℃, hot pressing time 1.5 min, and hot pressing pressure 2 MPa, the bonding strength of veneer plywood can be as high as 1.5 MPa.
