黑龙江省黄瓜主栽品种及种质资源对霜霉菌不同致病型抗病性鉴定
Disease resistance identification of cucumber cultivars and germplasm resources to different pathotype of Pseudoperonospora cubensis in Heilongjiang Province
【摘要】 以4种不同致病型霜霉病菌株,采用苗期子叶点滴接种法,鉴定黑龙江省102份黄瓜主栽品种及53份种质资源抗病性。102份黄瓜主栽品种中,抗黄瓜霜霉菌3号致病型品种共39份,包含高抗品种2份;抗5号致病型品种27份,含高抗品种2份;抗6号和7号致病型品种分别为25份和20份,均无高抗品种。102份材料中同时抗4种致病型品种5份;同时抗3种致病型品种12份。53份黄瓜种质资源中抗黄瓜霜霉菌3号致病型品种6份;抗5号致病型品种5份(包含高抗品种1份);抗6号致病型品种7份;抗7号致病型品种6份(包含高抗品种1份);同时抗4种致病型品种1份。
【Abstract】 Disease resistances of 102 cucumber cultivars and 53 germplasm resources in Heilongjiang Province were identified by seedling inoculation method with four pathotypes of Pseudoperonospora cubensis. The results showed that among the 102 cucumber cultivars, 39 cultivars were resistant to pathotype 3, including two high resistant cultivars. There were 27 resistant cultivars to pathotype 5, including two cultivars of high resistance; 25 and 20 cultivars were resistant to pathotype 6 and pathotype 7, respectively, and there was no high resistant cultivar to pathotype 6 and 7. In the 102 materials, five cultivars were resistant to four pathogenic types simultaneously; and 12 cultivars were resistant to three pathogenic types. Among the 53 cucumber germplasm resources, six materials were resistant to pathotype 3 and five materials resistant to pathotype 5, including one high resistant material. Seven materials were resistant to pathotype 6 and six materials resistant to pathotype 7,including one high resistant material; and one cultivar was resistant to four pathogenic types.
