镰孢菌与大豆根腐病研究进展

【摘要】 大豆根腐病是一种分布广、危害重、难防治的世界性土传真菌病害。大豆根腐病病原复杂,镰孢菌属(Fusarium)真菌是根腐病重要病原。根据多年来国内外大豆根腐病、根腐病病原和镰孢菌研究成果,综述了镰孢菌与大豆根腐病相关研究进展,主要包括镰孢菌分类、分布和危害、大豆根腐病病原菌、大豆根腐病优势病原菌、我国大豆根腐病镰孢菌种分布、国外大豆根腐病镰孢菌种分布、镰孢菌对大豆根部致病性及大豆根腐病防治措施,并展望了今后研究方向。

【Abstract】 Soybean root rot is a soil-borne fungal disease, which is widely distributed, harmful and difficult to control. The pathogens of soybean root rot are complex. The fungi Fusarium are the main pathogens that cause soybean root rot. The research progress of Fusarium and soybean root rot was reviewed based on previous findings of soybean root rot, root rot pathogen and Fusarium in the world.This review included classification, distribution and damage of Fusarium spp., soybean root rot pathogens,dominant pathogens of soybean root rot, distribution of Fusarium spp. in China, distribution of Fusarium spp. of soybean root rot abroad, and pathogenicity of Fusarium spp. to soybean root and management of soybean root rot. The future research of soybean root rot was also prospected in this review.
