【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性丙型肝炎患者血清CD81抗体水平与肝损伤的相关性。方法:选择门诊及住院慢性丙型肝炎患者20例为观察组,健康志愿者20例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测健康志愿者与慢性丙肝患者血清CD81抗体水平,比较二者差异。全自动生化分析仪检测慢性丙型肝炎患者肝功能指标(ALT、AST、T-BIL、I-BIL),用person相关性分析法分析CD81抗体水平与肝功各项指标的相关性。结果:慢性丙型肝炎患者血清CD81抗体水平(0.13±0.06)较健康对照组(0.08±0.04)升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且CD81抗体水平与ALT、AST、T-BIL、I-BIL水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与ALB和D-BIL水平无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:慢性丙型肝炎患者血清中CD81抗体水平较高,可反映肝脏的损伤程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the level of serum CD81 antibody in patients with chronic hepatitis C and its correlation with liver injury caused by hepatitis C infection. Methods: Twenty outpatients and inpatients with chronic hepatitis C were selected as the experimental group, and twenty healthy volunteers as the control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the serum CD81 antibody level of healthy volunteers and patients with chronic hepatitis C. The indexes of liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis C were detected and recorded by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: The level of serum CD81 antibody in patients with chronic hepatitis C(0.13±0.06) was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(0.08±0.04)(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant, and the level of serum CD81 antibody in patients with chronic hepatitis C was positively correlated with ALT, AST, T-BIL(P<0.05), but not correlated with ALB and D-BIL(P>0.05). Conclusion: The level of serum CD81 antibody in patients with chronic hepatitis C is higher than that in healthy control group, which may indicate the degree of liver damage.更多还原
