磁共振3D pCASL与DSC-PWI在脑白质灌注测量中的一致性研究
Consistency of 3D pCASL and DSC-PWI in the measurement of cerebral white matter perfusion
【摘要】 目的对比分析磁共振三维准连续动脉自旋标记成像(3D pCASL)和动态磁敏感对比增强灌注成像(DSC-PWI)在脑白质灌注测量中的一致性,为3D pCASL法评估脑白质灌注的精确性提供依据。方法选取38例志愿者,分别测量双侧颞叶白质DSC-PWI图像的标准脑血容量(nCBV)、标准脑血流(nCBF)、平均通过时间(MTT)、达峰时间(TTP)和3D pCASL图像的相对脑血流值(rCBF)。对比分析rCBF值与其他4个参数的相关性。结果双侧颞叶白质ASL rCBF值与nCBF和nCBV均呈正相关(P<0.05),而与MTT和TTP无相关性(P>0.05)。结论磁共振3D pCASL与DSC-PWI在评估脑白质脑血流和脑血容量情况上具有一致性,可准确评估脑白质灌注情况。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the consistency of 3 D pCASL and DSC-PWI in the measurement of cerebral white matter perfusion,to provide the basis for the accuracy of ASL in the evaluation of cerebral white matter perfusion.Methods 38 volunteers were selected to measure the normalcerebral blood volume(nCBV),normal cerebral blood flow(nCBF),mean transit time(MTT),time to peak(TTP) in DSC images of bilateral temporal lobe white matter and the relative value of the cerebral blood flow(rCBF) of in 3 D pCASL images.The correlation between the rCBF value and other 4 parameters were compared and analyzed. Results ASL rCBF values of bilateral temporal lobes were positively correlated with nCBF and nCBV(P<0.05),but not significantly correlated with MTT and TTP(P>0.05). Conclusion 3 D pCASL and DSC-PWI are consistent in evaluating cerebral blood flow and cerebral blood volume in white matter and can accurately evaluate the cerebral white matter perfusion.
