【Abstract】 With the policy of expanding enrollment in higher vocational colleges, some retired soldiers, laid-off workers, migrant workers and other social personnel enter higher vocational colleges for further study. This paper analyzes the main characteristics and learning needs of social personnel in higher vocational colleges, expounds the connotation of craftsman spirit and its importance in higher vocational education, explores the teaching management mode on the premise of advocating craftsman spirit and considering the actual situation of social personnel in higher vocational colleges, so as to provide reference for better training social personnel in higher vocational colleges into professional and technical personnel who are needed by the country.更多还原
