一种电动自行车电池过充保护装置设计
Design of Overcharge Protection Device for Electric Bicycle Battery
【摘要】 目前市场上的电动自行车所配备的充电器大多没有充满后自动断电保护的功能,现提出一种电池过充保护装置,包括绝缘外壳和内部控制电路。通过橡胶绷带将绝缘外壳固定于电池充电器的顶部,内部的绿光增强型光电二极管紧靠电池充满LED指示灯,当接收到绿光后首先进行1~2个小时的浮充延时,继而触发系统内部的继电器自动切断充电器的电源,保护电池。内部电路的仿真结果显示了该装置设计的正确性。装置具有电路简单、功耗低、安装方便、成本低等优点,并且不需要对现有的充电器进行改造。
【Abstract】 At present, most chargers for electric bicycles on the market do not have the function of automatic power-off protection after being fully charged. The paper proposes a kind of overcharge protection device for electric bicycle battery, including an insulating case and an internal control circuit. The insulting cases is fixed on the top of the battery charger by a rubber bandage, and the internal green light-enhanced photodiode inside is close to the battery full-power LED indicators. The battery continues to charge for one to two hours after green light, and then the internal relay triggers automatically to cut off the power supply of the charger to protect the battery. The simulation results of the internal circuit show the correctness of the design. The device has the advantages of simple circuit, low power consumption, convenient installation and low cost, and does not need to reform the existing charger.
