【摘要】 老年人身体各项功能退行性变,很容易发生跌倒,其中髋骨骨折发生率最高。总结多学科协作团队的构成及多学科协作模式在老年髋骨骨折患者中多方面的应用,多学科协作模式显示出了对老年髋骨骨折患者术后日常生活能力、生存率、营养状态及合并痴呆症患者康复的改善作用。随着老年人数量增多,该模式有必要在我国广泛开展,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 The elderly are prone to falls due to degenerative bodily functions,hip fractures are the most common.This paper summarizes the composition of the multidisciplinary team and the application of the multidisciplinary collaboration mode in the elderly patients with hip fracture.The multidisciplinary collaboration mode has shown improvements in the activity of daily living,survival,nutritional status,and recovery of elderly patients after operation.As the number of the elderly increases,it is necessary to develop this mode widely in China to improve the prognosis.更多还原
