【摘要】 目的探讨标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)在预防老年吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取120例老年住院患者,按入院时间单双数顺序分为干预组和对照组,各60例。干预组在入院24 h内完成SSA评分,在此基础上进行误吸风险预测,确定误吸发生的危险级别,采取相应的预防措施;对照组只进行常规的误吸预防宣教。观察2组吸入性肺炎发生率。结果干预组出院后3个月内吸入性肺炎发生率8.33%,对照组3个月内吸入性肺炎发生率28.33%,2组吸入肺炎发生率的差异显著(P<0.05)。结论应用SSA评分量表对老年住院患者进行吞咽功能评估,并进行误吸风险的预测,及早发现吞咽障碍患者,并实施有针对性的护理措施,可以有效降低吸入性肺炎的发生,对改善预后、提高患者生命生存质量有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of standardized swallowing assessment (SSA) in prevention of aspiration of elderly patients.Methods A total of 120 hospitalized elderly patients were selected,and divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission time,60 cases in each group.The study group completed the SSA score within 24 hours after admission.The risk of aspiration was predicted,the risk level of aspiration was determined,and the risk factors of aspiration were analyzed.The control group only received routine aspiration prevention and education.The incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the two groups was observed.Results The incidence of aspiration pneumonia was 8.33% in the study group and 28.33% in the control group within 3 months after discharge.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Using SSA scoring scale to evaluate the swallowing function of the elderly patients and predict the risk of aspiration,find the patients with dysphagia as early as possible,and implement targeted nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in elderly people and has a positive clinical significance in improving the quality of life.更多还原
