幼儿园男教师团队职业发展的质性研究——以合肥华英幼教星海园为例
Qualitative Research on the Career Development of Kindergarten Male Teacher Group——A Case Study of Xinghai Branch of Hefei Huaying kindergarten
【摘要】 幼儿园男教师是一个特殊的群体,以华英幼教星海园为例研究幼儿园男教师团队的职业发展具有较强的理论与实践意义。运用质性研究方法,通过目的性抽样对4名男教师及2名幼教管理者进行深度访谈,根据扎根理论和Nvivo10进行编码分析,归纳出幼儿园男教师团队职业发展的核心要素:职业认同是基础、职业情感是动力、职业胜任力是关键、职业追求是目标。幼儿园在男教师团队职业成长中提供发展性环境至关重要,主要表现在:分工合作、科学管理,情感融入、人文关怀,搭建平台、团队发展,提高待遇、彰显价值。
【Abstract】 Kindergarten male teachers are a special group. This paper uses the qualitative research method to conduct open interviews with male teachers and kindergarten managers, and uses the qualitative analysis software Nivo8 for coding and analysis. It is found that in the process of the career development of kindergarten male teachers, professional identity is the foundation; professional emotion is the driving force; professional competence is the key; professional growth and development is the goal. The developmental environment provided by kindergartens is crucial, mainly in the following aspects: division of labor, scientific management, emotional integration, humanistic care, building platforms, team development, improving treatment, and demonstrating value.
