6061-T6铝合金S型轨迹搅拌摩擦连接区域性能分析

【摘要】 S型轨迹搅拌摩擦连接是基于现有的连接轨迹演变而成,采用S型循环摆动的方式完成板材的直缝连接。文章改变常规的直线连接轨迹,在以直线连接线为中心,摆动半径为1 mm,转速为700 r/min,绝对前进速度为70 mm/min,轴肩下压量为0. 15 mm的连接参数下,可获得美观无明显缺陷的焊缝。在同等参数下,与常规的连接轨迹相比,其连接区域的冲击韧性提高了约2倍,达到了94. 64 J/mm~2,拉伸性能无较大差别,其断裂位置位于焊核区与前进侧的热机影响区之间。由此可见,S型轨迹连接方式可获得冲击韧性更好的搅拌摩擦连接接头。

【Abstract】 The S-type friction stir joining is based on the existing joining track evolution,using the S-type circular swing mode to complete the straight seam joining of plate.By changing the conventional linear joining track,with the swinging line as the center,the swinging radius of 1 mm,the rotating speed of 700 r/min,the absolute forward speed of 70 mm/min,and the shoulder-down pressure of 0.15 mm,the welding seam with uniform and beautiful appearance and no obvious defects can be obtained.Under the same parameters,the impact toughness of the joint region is increased by about 2 times compared with the conventional joint track,reaching 94.64 J/mm~2.There is no significant difference in tensile properties,and the fracture position is located between the welding core area and the heat-engine influence area on the forward side.The friction stir joint with better impact toughness can be obtained by S-type track joining.
