基于双阶段DEA模型的湖南省高新技术产业创新绩效研究
Research on the High-tech Industry Innovation Performance of Hunan Province Based on Two-stage DEA Method
【摘要】 基于湖南省14个市州2010-2017年的高新技术产业面板数据,运用双阶段数据包络分析(DEA)方法,将高新技术产业的创新过程分为技术研究阶段和经济产出阶段,研究各地区高新技术产业创新绩效效率。研究结果表明:湖南省高新技术产业可分为粗放型、高研发低转化、低研发高转化、集约型这四种产业模式,不同阶段存在投入产出不匹配、投入冗余的情况。
【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of high-tech industries of 14 cities and states in Hunan province from 2010-2017, this article devides the innovative process of high-tech industries into technological research stage economic output stage by using two-stage data envelopment analysis(DEA) method, and studies the innovation performance efficiency of high-tech industries in various regions. The result of the research shows that high-tech industry in Hunan province can be divided into four industrial models: extensive, high R&D and low transformation, low R&D and high transformation, extensive, input-output mismatch and input redundancy exist in different stages. According to the empirical results, four decision-making references are put forward for improving the innovation performance of high-tech industry in Hunan province.
