CMC/黄麻地膜的制备与性能
Preparation and properties of CMC/jute mulch films
【摘要】 采用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)与黄麻落麻纤维共混流延成膜,并经过酸化处理和高温烘焙,制备可降解CMC/黄麻地膜,研究了CMC/黄麻质量比、乙醇体积分数、烘焙温度及烘焙时间对CMC/黄麻地膜的抗张指数和断裂伸长率的影响,并测试了CMC/黄麻地膜的保水性和透湿透气性能。结果表明,当CMC/黄麻质量比为50/50、乙醇体积分数为50%、烘焙温度为140℃、烘焙时间为30 min时,CMC/黄麻地膜的干态抗张指数为14.39 N·m/g,湿态抗张指数为4.05 N·m/g,表明其抗张性能达到最佳,克服了CMC地膜湿强低的问题。与1种文献报道的麻地膜和3种市售的麻地膜及塑料地膜相比,CMC/黄麻地膜的透湿率和透气率都较低,分别为73.970~87.990 g/(m~2·h)、6.14~21.07 mm/s,说明CMC/黄麻地膜的保墒性有明显改善。
【Abstract】 Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) was mixed with jute noil fibers to form film by flow casting, and then the film was acidified and high temperature baked to prepare biodegradable CMC/jute mulch film. The effects of CMC/jute mass ratio, ethanol volume fraction, baking temperature and baking time on the tensile index and breaking elongation of CMC/jute mulch film were studied. And the water retention and the moisture and air permeability of CMC/jute mulch film were tested. The results showed that when the CMC/jute mass ratio was 50/50, the ethanol volume fraction was 50%, the baking temperature was 140 ℃ and the baking time was 30 min, the dry tensile index of CMC/jute mulch film was 14.39 N·m/g, and the wet tensile index was 4.05 N·m/g, which indicated its tensile property was the best and the problem of low wet strength of CMC mulch film was overcome. Compared with one kind of jute mulch film reported in literature, three kinds of jute mulch film purchased from the market and plastic mulch film, both the moisture permeability and the air permeability of CMC/jute mulch film decreased,respectively being 73. 970 ~ 87. 990 g/( m~2·h) and 6. 14 ~ 21.07 mm/s,which meant the soil moisture retention of CMC/jute mulch film was significantly improved.
