纱线拉伸模量测试研究

【摘要】 为得到纱线非断裂状态下的拉伸模量,提出一种新的拉伸模量测试方法,并设计试验装置。以纱线中结构最为简单的涤纶POY为例,测定丝束在不同并丝束数、不同捻度下的拉伸模量,发现:捻度不同时,丝束的拉伸模量随捻度的增大而增大,且拉伸比越大,拉伸模量越小;并丝束数不同时,丝束的拉伸模量会随着结构的变化而变化,但规律不明显。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the tensile modulus of the yarn under non-broken condition, a new kind of tensile modulus testing method was proposed, and the testing device was designed. Taking the PET POY with the simplest structure in the yarn as an example, the tensile modulus of the bundles with different bundles number and twists was measured. It was found that, when the twists were different, the tensile modulus of the bundle increased with the increase of the twist, and the larger the tensile ratio, the smaller the tensile modulus. When the bundles number was different, the tensile modulus of the bundle would change with the change of structure, but the law was not obvious.
