有机肥对茶园土壤及茶叶产量与品质的影响研究进展

【摘要】 施用有机肥是调控茶叶产量和品质最重要的措施之一。本文综述了近十年来施用有机肥对茶园土壤质量及茶叶产量与品质影响的研究进展,系统阐述了有机肥在提高茶园土壤物理性质、增加土壤矿质养分含量、缓解土壤酸化、促进土壤微生物生长和提高茶叶产量和品质方面的重要作用,指出了有机肥应用于茶园中可能引起的抗菌素与重金属等污染物富集的潜在危害,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望,以期为有机肥在茶园中的安全与高效利用提供科学参考。

【Abstract】 The application of organic fertilizer is one of the most important measures to control the yield and quality of tea. The application value of organic fertilizer as improving the soil of tea garden and promoting the growth of tea has been confirmed by many studies. This paper reviewedthe research progress of the effects of organic fertilizer on tea garden soil quality and tea growth in recent ten years, and systematically expounds the important role of organic fertilizer in improving the physical properties of tea garden soil, increasing the content of soil mineral nutrients, alleviating soil acidification, promoting the survival of soil microorganisms and improving the yield and quality of tea. In addition, this paper also pointed out the potential harm that could not be ignored, such as accumulation of antibiotics and heavy metals in tea garden caused by the application of organic fertilizer, and systematically summarized the research direction in the future, in order to provide scientific reference for the safe and efficient utilization of organic fertilizer in improving the soil quality, tea yield and quality of tea garden.
