青海河曲草地土壤全硫及主要养分分布特征
Characterizing distribution of soil total sulfur and major nutrients in Hequ grassland of Qinghai Province
【摘要】 硫是动植物生长和发育不可或缺的重要矿质营养元素,对发展有机畜牧业具有重要作用。为了解青海河曲草地不同类型和空间土壤全硫及氮磷钾养分的分布特征,探讨土壤全硫和其他养分之间的关系,本研究采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪ICP-OES (iCAP 6300)分析了土壤和植物样品的全硫含量,并测定了土壤全氮、全磷、全钾、有机质含量和pH。结果表明,不同类型草甸的土壤以及植物之间含硫量有显著差异(P <0.05),但不同空间草甸土壤及植物之间含硫量无显著差异(P> 0.05)。研究区土壤全硫平均含量1 023.98 mg·kg-1,植物全硫平均含量4 120.20mg·kg-1。土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾平均含量依次为134.35、6.44、1.95和23.05 g·kg-1,高于青藏高原土壤养分含量平均水平;土壤全硫含量与有机质含量、地上生物量和植物硫含量呈显著正相关关系(P <0.05);土壤碳硫比(C∶S)介于58.90~102.18,研究区土壤处于硫的净释放阶段。由此可见,青海省河南县目前的生产方式未造成土壤硫的缺乏,硫不是该县土壤养分和畜牧业生产的限制因素。
【Abstract】 Sulfur is an indispensable mineral nutrient element, which required for the growth and development in animals and plants, and plays an important role in organic husbandry. The purpose of this study was to characterize the distribution of soil total sulfur, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium nutrients in different meadow types and topographies, and to explore the relationships between soil total sulfur and other nutrients in Hequ grassland of Qinghai, China. The total sulfur content of soil and plant samples was analyzed by ICP-OES(iCAP6300), and the contents of total nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium,organic matter, and soil pH were determined by conventional soil nutrient analysis. There were significant differences in the sulfur content in both soil and plant samples from different meadows, but no significant differences were detected in both soil and plant samples from different terrains. The soil total sulfur content in the study area was 1 023.98 mg·kg-1, and plant total sulfur content was 4 120.20 mg·kg-1. The average soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium contents were 134.35, 6.44, 1.95, and 23.05 g·kg-1, respectively, and were higher than the average levels of these in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Soil total sulfur content was positively correlated with organic matter content, aboveground biomass,and plant total sulfur(P < 0.05). Soil carbon : sulfur ratio was between 58.90 and 102.18, indicating that soil sulfur was in a net release phase. The current production mode that the element has only output and no human input has not resulted in a soil sulfur deficiency, and sulfur is not a limiting factor for soil nutrients and the livestock industry in Henan County.
