40Cr钢软化退火态抗拉强度检测数据的不确定度分析
Analysis on Measurement Uncertainty of Tensile Strength of Softening-Annealed 40Cr Steel
【摘要】 本文以40Cr钢软化退火态的抗拉强度检测数据为基础,建立数据分析的数学模型。从检测的重复性、抗拉强度试验机力值系统误差、试验加载速度影响、试样截面面积测量误差等方面,分析并计算各主要标准不确定度分量,最终根据概率分布原理,得出抗拉强度检测数据的扩展不确定度,为评价试验数据的可靠性提供了一种评价方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the measured data of a 40 Cr steel tensile strength in the state of softening annealing,this paper introduces a method for assessing the reliability of test results by establishing a mathematical model,analyzing and calculating the relative standard uncertainty components from measurement repeatability,the deviation of force measurement system,the effect of loading speed and the deviation of specimen size measurement,and forming the expanded uncertainty of the tensile strength with the principle of probability distribution.
