【摘要】 针对高校创新型人才培养需求,提出了建立专门的药学创新性实验室建设的方案。创新实验室以"大学生创新性实验"为主要功能,独立于本科培养计划实验教学任务之外,专一负责创新性实验相关的各项工作,该实验室的直接目标在于培养创新型人才。基于实验室的目标,该文对创新性实验室的功能进行了规划。该创新性实验室的建设方案除对药学专业的实践教学创新模式具有普遍的指导意义外,也对其他学科的创新人才培养计划具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 For promoting the quality of high education in our country, a special laboratory named creative lab is proposed, which key function is related to one important part – the creative experiments of the "teaching quality project" launched by Chinese education bureau. This lab is irrelative with normal task of university, but responsible for the creative experimental work. And the goal of the lab is creative talent training. The functions of the lab are projected.And this idea of the construction of the lab is universally significant to creative teaching model.更多还原
