基于“创新思维引路人”培养的教师教育改革研究——以绵阳师范学院创新教育探索为例
Research on the Reform of Teacher Education Based on the Cultivation of "Innovative Thinking Guides":Taking Mianyang Normal University’s Innovation Education as an Example
【摘要】 建设创新型国家需要大量创新型人才,而人才的培养必须从基础教育抓起。习近平总书记提出的"教师要做学生创新思维的引路人",给广大教师提出了新的要求,也为师范院校指明了努力的方向。绵阳师范学院是全国较早开展创新教育的师范院校,以师范生创新教育为办学特色。对此,学校采取了如下措施:建立辐射式创新机构与组织,保障创新教育有序进行;开设层级式创新课程,实行创新教育与专业融合;举办多样化创新活动,训练师范生创新实践能力;开展帮扶式创新实践,锻炼师范生"引路"能力;开展针对性学术研究,为创新实践提供理论指导。今后,绵阳师范学院还将在教学管理、教学制度、招生制度、师资队伍、培养经费、"卓越计划"实施等方面展开探索。
【Abstract】 The construction of an innovative country requires a large number of innovative talents, and the training of talents must start from basic education. General Secretary Xi pointed out that "teachers should be the guide for students’ creative thinking". This puts forward new requirements for the majority of teachers, and also points out the direction of efforts for teachers’ colleges. Having carried out innovation education earlier in the country, Mianyang Normal University takes the innovation education as its development characteristic. In this regard, the school has adopted the following measures.First,establish radiant innovation institutions and organizations to ensure the orderly progress of innovation education.Second,establish hierarchical innovation courses to implement the integration of innovation education and professionalism. Third,organize diversified innovation activities to train teachers’ innovative practice abilities. Fourth, carry out assisted innovation practice, exercise the ability of pedagogical students to guide the way. Fifth, carry out targeted academic research, and provide theoretical guidance for innovative practice. In the future,the university will also explore areas such as teaching management, teaching system, enrollment system, teaching staff, training funds, and implementation of the "Excellence Plan".
