集群环境下的产学研协同创新理论模式构建
Construction of the Theoretical Model of Collaborative Innovation of Industry, University and Research in the Cluster Environment
【摘要】 复杂的市场环境促使集群企业通过开展外部性的创新合作来提高技术竞争能力,而与大学及科研院所之间的产学研协同创新正是其中一种重要的合作形式。具有分工式生产和集聚式创新特点的产业集群,为产学研协同创新成果的产业化和市场化提供了实现的条件。首先,分析了产学研协同创新理论演进过程。然后,结合"集群环境"概念的提出,对集群环境下的产学研协同创新系统的构成要素、运行内容进行了系统梳理,并在此基础上提出了系统结构。接着,结合学术界关于产学研协同创新本质是知识协同和知识增值过程的论断,提出了集群环境下的产学研协同创新的内涵解释。最后,构建了理论模型,并对集群环境与产学研协同创新的相互作用机理进行了解析。
【Abstract】 Complex market environment urges cluster enterprises to improve their technological competitiveness through external innovation cooperation, and collaborative innovation with universities and research institutes is one of the important forms of cooperation.Industrial cluster with characteristics of division production and cluster innovation provides conditions for the industrialization and marketization of the collaborative innovation achievements of industry-university-research. Firstly, this paper analyzed the evolution process of the theory of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research. Then, combining with the concept of cluster environment, this paper systematically combed the components and operation contents of the collaborative innovationsystem of industry-university-researchin the cluster environment, and put forward system structure on this basis. Then, combined with the academic conclusion that the essence of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research is the process of knowledge collaboration and knowledge appreciation, this paper proposed theconnotation explanation of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research in the cluster environment. Finally, a theoretical model was built, and the interaction mechanism between cluster environment and collaborative innovation of industry-university-research was analyzed.
