应用于2.4GHz射频能量收集的微带圆极化整流天线

【摘要】 设计了一款应用于2.4GHz射频能量收集的微带圆极化整流天线。该整流天线由接收天线和整流器组成,接收天线采用双馈电带环形槽微带天线,整流器由单级倍压整流电路和匹配电路组成。经加工测试,接收天线实现了双向辐射圆极化波,并且能覆盖目标频段2.4 GHz,增益为3.72 dBi,效率为89.6%。整流器在负载为1 k?、输入功率为-2 dBm、频率为2.4 GHz时,转换效率η达到最大值38%。最后,将整流器和接收天线相连成整流天线,在射频信号较多的室内进行实验测量时,测得输出电压为26 mV,验证了该整流天线在低功率条件下在2.4 GHz频段内具备较高的整流效率。

【Abstract】 A microstrip circularly polarized rectenna for 2.4 GHz RF energy harvesting is designed in this paper, which consists of a receiving antenna and a rectifier. Receiving antenna adopts doubly fed circular slot microstrip antenna. Rectifier consists of single-stage voltage doubling rectifier circuit and matching circuit. The processing test shows that the rectifier antenna has high rectification efficiency in 2.4 GHz band under low power conditions. After processing and testing, the receiving antenna realizes bidirectionally radiated circularly polarized waves and can cover the target frequency band of 2.4 GHz with a gain of 3.72 dBi and an efficiency of 89.6 %. The rectifier has a conversion efficiency η of 38 % maximum at a load of 1 kΩ, an input power of –2 dBm, and a frequency of 2.4 GHz. Finally, the rectifier and the receiving antenna are connected as a rectifying antenna. When the experimental measurement is carried out in a room with many RF signals, the measured output voltage is 26 mV, which verifies the rectification efficiency at 2.4 GHz under low power conditions.
