空间对接电磁锁紧机构研究
Research on Space Docking Electromagnetic Locking Mechanism
【摘要】 以解决空间对接电磁技术中的刚性锁紧连接为研究重点,在调研国内外空间对接机构的基础上,根据相关功能要求和设计指标,对空间电磁柔性对接技术进行研究。为了验证空间电磁柔性对接技术的可行性,使用Maxwell3D进行电磁力仿真,再结合Matlab、Adams等软件得出运动规律并还原空间对接电磁锁紧与解锁的工作过程。电磁锁紧与解锁机构的计算仿真验证了该机构的可行性,为空间对接研究提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 Due to the advantages of low fuel consumption,no pollution,miniaturization and no impact,space electromagnetic docking technology has gradually become a hot spot in the development of space docking technology in the world. In order to solve the problem of rigid lock connection in space electromagnetic docking technology as the research focus,on the basis of full investigation of space docking institutions at home and abroad,according to the relevant functional requirements and design indicators,the space electromagnetic flexible docking technology was studied. In order to verify the feasibility of space electromagnetic flexible docking technology,Maxwell 3 D was used for electromagnetic force simulation,and then the movement rules were obtained by combining Matlab and Adams,and the working process of space electromagnetic locking and unlocking was restored. The simulation of the electromagnetic lock and unlock structure proves the feasibility of the structure and provides a new idea for the study of space docking.
