【Abstract】 The assembly clearance of locking mechanism was predicted by tolerance analysis method based on multivariate probability statistics method,and covariance matrix was used to describe the variation and correlation between two-dimensional dimensional tolerances.The characteristics of traditional statistical tolerance dimension chain calculation and multivariate statistical tolerance calculation were compared and analyzed by examples.The effectiveness of the method was verified,which can provide reference for the design and manufacture of automatic weapons.更多还原
