压垮速度对周向MLEFP成型性能影响分析
Analysis on Influence of Collapse Velocity on Circumferential MLEFP Forming Performance
【摘要】 通过采用数值模拟以及试验方法,对不同具有药型罩结构的周向多线形爆炸成型弹丸的成型结果进行了研究,得到了在不同药型罩压垮速度条件下不同周向的成型结果。数值模拟和战斗部试验结果表明,药型罩顶点与边缘的轴向速度梯度是弹丸成型后弹丸长度的主要影响因素,并存在轴向速度梯度最优值;而径向压垮速度梯度是成型弹丸压合度的主要影响因素。
【Abstract】 Forming results of circumferential MLEFP( multiple linear explosively formed penetrators) with different liner’s configurations were studied by methods of numerical simulate and trial,and different circumferential MLEFP forming results were obtained. The numerical calculation and trial results showed that axial collapse velocity gradient between liner vertex and edge is the main influence factor that affects projectiles’ length,and the optimal value exists. Also the radial collapse velocity gradient is the main influence factor that affects the projectiles’ compression degree.
