织构排列形式对滑动轴承摩擦磨损特性的影响
Effect of Texture Arrangement on Friction and Wear Characteristics of Sliding Bearings
【摘要】 为了研究织构排列形式对滑动轴承摩擦磨损特性的影响,采用YLP-MDP 152-20型激光打标机在试样表面加工出沿轴向间隔分布、沿周向间隔分布和交叉分布的3种织构。通过试样-磨盘的形式,在M-2000型摩擦磨损试验机上模拟摩擦副滑动,研究摩擦因数和磨损量的变化规律,并将MATLAB仿真结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:沿轴向间隔分布的试样摩擦力最小,比无织构时减小29.8%,仿真值与试验值吻合较好,验证了试验结果的正确性;载荷为1 000 N时沿轴向间隔分布的试样摩擦因数最小,载荷一定时其磨损量也最小;磨损机理主要是三体磨粒磨损,合理的织构排列形式能有效减小摩擦和磨损。
【Abstract】 In order to study effect of texture arrangement on friction and wear of sliding bearings, YLP-MDP 152-20 laser marking machine is used to fabricate three kinds of texture:axial spacing distribution, circumferential spacing distribution and cross distribution on sample surface. The sliding of friction pair is simulated on M-2000 friction and wear tester by sample-friction disk, the change rule of friction coefficient and wear loss is studied, and the simulation results of MATLAB are compared with test results. The results show that the friction force of samples distributed along axial spacing is the smallest, 29.8% less than that of samples without texture, and the simulation value agrees well with test value, which verifies the correctness of test results; the friction coefficient of samples distributed along axial spacing is the smallest when the load is 1000 N, and the wear loss is the smallest when the load is fixed; the wear mechanism is mainly three body abrasive wear, and the reasonable texture arrangement reduces friction and wear effectively.
