【摘要】 使用2010—2018年广州、深圳两个城市的面板数据,从政府治理角度测算了城市创新环境治理指数,采用人均地区生产总值度量广深经济发展质量,估计了政府创造的创新环境对两个城市经济发展质量的影响,并分析政府的创新型城市建设与经济发展的传导机制。研究发现,政府创造有利的创新环境能够有效激发广深城市创新活力、促进经济高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the panel data of Guangzhou and Shenzhen from 2010 to 2018 the paper measures the city’s innovation development index,and with the per capita GDP,measures the quality of economic development.It estimates the impact of the innovation environment created by the government on the quality of economic development of the two cities and analyzes the transmission mechanism.It is found that the government’s creation of a favorable innovation environment can effectively stimulate the innovation vitality of Guangzhou and Shenzhen and promote high-quality economic development.更多还原
