【Abstract】 Implementing the strategy of developing functional zones and building them is an innovation of the development model of territorial space and the basis and guarantee for optimizing the development and protection pattern of territorial space. This paper briefly reviews the development process of land consolidation and clarifies the meaning of the new era of comprehensive land consolidation. Based on the coupling relationship between the strategic requirements of the main functional areas and the functional positioning of the comprehensive land improvement, this paper innovatively puts forward the target orientation, key content and promotion mechanism of the comprehensive land improvement in the new era under the spatial main functional orientation.更多还原
