基于生态过程的城市生态基础设施空间实现——以南京江北新区为例

【摘要】 以南京江北新区为研究区,探讨了应用最小累积阻力模型识别基础生态结构,进而耦合雨洪行泄与调蓄、污染扩散与控制、热岛效应缓解、空气流动等特定生态过程,构建由基础生态结构和生态空间管控体系、功能体系共同构成的生态基础设施体系:形成江北新区面向区域联系、城市内外一体的"一核三楔五廊"的生态结构,其核心生态斑块和生态廊道包括区域系统性、研究区内结构性、城市内部功能性等类型,满足区域结构健康、内部生态服务均等化、生态过程完整等作用;并形成分类空间管控体系。生态基础设施具有多功能性。注重多尺度、多过程耦合的功能复合型生态基础设施,增强了空间上布局和建设的可操作性,发挥了蓝绿空间的生态化基础设施作用。

【Abstract】 Taking Jiangbei new area of Nanjing as the research area, this paper discusses the application of the minimum cumulative resistance model to identify the basic ecological structure, and then coupling the specific ecological processes such as rain and flood discharge and regulation, pollution diffusion and control, heat island effect mitigation, air flow, etc., to build an ecological infrastructure system composed of the basic ecological structure, ecological spatial management and control system, and functional system: forming Jiangbei new area The ecological structure of "one core, three wedges and five corridors" is oriented to regional connection and integration of urban and external. Its core ecological patches and corridors include regional systematicness, structure in the research area, and urban internal functionality, which meet the functions of regional structure health, internal ecological service equalization, and ecological process integrity, and form a classified space management and control system. Ecological infrastructure is multifunctional. Focusing on multi-scale and multi-process coupling functional composite ecological infrastructure, it enhances the operability of spatial layout and construction, and plays the role of ecological infrastructure of blue-green space.
