【摘要】 不动产供给结构可通过成本效应、人力资本效应及产业结构优化等方面促进城市创新水平。利用中国284个地级以上城市2008～2017年的面板数据,通过空间面板数据模型分析了不动产供给结构对创新水平的影响。研究结果表明:不动产供给结构对创新水平存在显著的正影响,影响程度方面,东部地区>中部地区>西部地区>东北地区。通过剔除异常样本点和是否为创新型试点城市的分样本检验,表明该结果具有较强的稳健性,且非创新型试点城市中影响程度大于创新型试点城市。因此,在不动产供给结构方面,对不同区域、不同水平的城市要合理配置,坚持"因地施政""因类施策"的原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 The supply structure of real estate can promote the level of urban innovation through cost effect, human capital effect and industrial structure optimization. Based on the panel data of 284 cities above prefecture level in China from 2008 to 2017, this paper analyzes the impact of real estate supply structure on innovation level by using spatial panel data model and panel fixed effect model. The results show that the supply structure of real estate has a significant positive impact on the level of innovation. In terms of the degree of impact, the Eastern Region>the Central Region>the Western Region >the Northeast Region. By eliminating the abnormal sample points and testing whether the city is an innovative pilot sample, the results show that the results have a strong robustness, and the influence degree of noninnovative pilot cities is greater than that of innovative pilot cities. Therefore, in the real estate supply structure, to different regions, different levels of the city should be reasonable allocation, adhere to the "local governance" and "policy" principle.更多还原
