【Abstract】 China’s automobile industry has made remarkable achievements since the 21 st century, but it still faces many problems and challenges such as low profit level, lagging standard construction, scattered independent brands and weak competitiveness, great pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction, and high risk of international development. According to the development trend of automobile industry in our country, we draw lessons from Michael porter "diamond model" and to give correction.
