【Abstract】 The Outline of Building a Powerful Transportation Country requires that road administration be modernized. Highway administration belongs to the concrete embodiment and effective extension of national administration in highway undertakings. The legalization of highway administration is the only way to realize the modernization of highway administration. This paper sums up the historical experience and lessons of the highway administration and its legalization through the induction and analysis of the highway administration and its legalization construction in the past seventy years in New China. In order to explore the legal context of highway property protection and right of way maintenance, we explore the construction of a powerful traffic country and provide legal advice for the modernization of highway administration management system and governance capacity.更多还原
