【摘要】 在国家"一带一路"、国际互联互通、沿边开放等举措带动下,我国跨境运输通道建设取得显著成效,使边疆地区连接内地和辐射周边国家的交通网络日益完善,边疆地区桥头堡和枢纽的地位得以发挥,外向型经济成为新时期边疆地区发展的主要模式。为系统检验在"一带一路"影响下边疆城市跨境空间联系对外向型经济发展的实际作用,分别构建跨境可达性、国际联系强度与外向型经济发展水平评估模型;并以云南为例,运用三系统耦合模型解析跨境空间联系与外向经济的耦合协调机制。结果表明:(1)各州市的跨境可达性与国际联系强度均呈现以昆明为中心由东向西逐渐递减的层级结构,与云南的入省和出境通道走向高度耦合,呈现明显的廊道效应。(2)外向型经济发展水平受交通和区位的双重影响,除了滇中城市外,德宏等边境口岸地区的水平也较高。(3)跨境可达性、国际空间联系与外向型经济三系统耦合协调水平整体偏低,但三系统耦和协调水平呈逐年上升的趋势,为促进系统协调发展,除关注交通基础设施外,各地还应结合实际加强对外向型经济的引导。更多还原

【Abstract】 With Belt and Road Initiative,international connectivity,and the border opening-up,the construction of cross border transport corridors in China has achieved remarkable results, making the transportation network of the border areas more and more perfect. The position of the bridgehead and hub stations in the border areas has been brought into full play. The export-oriented economy has become the main mode of the development of the frontier areas in the new era. In order to examine the practical effect of the cross-border spatial linkage on the development of export-oriented economy,a cross-border traffic accessibility evaluation model,an international linkage intensity model and an analytical framework of export-oriented economic level are constructed. Then a coupled coordination degree model is used to analyze the coupling and coordinated characteristics of cross-border spatial linkage and export-oriented economy. The results show that:( 1) Both the cross-border accessibility and the international linkage strength show a hierarchical structure with Kunming as the center,which gradually decreases from east to west. It is highly coupled with Yunnan ’s transport corridor.( 2) The level of export-oriented economic development is affected by both transportation and location. Besides the cities in central Yunnan,the level of economic development of some port cities such as Dehong is also high.( 3) The coupling and coordination level of cross-border accessibility,international spatial linkage and export-oriented economy is low overall,but the coordinated development level is increasing. In order to promote the coordinated development of the system,in addition to paying attention to transportation infrastructure,the guidance of export-oriented economy should be strengthened.更多还原
